Notice for Extension of Deadline for Submission of Applications

Development of Diagnostic Centre at Ibni Sina

Hospital Compound (Kabul) by PPP using BOT Model

Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, intends to develop a Diagnostic Centre at Ibni Sina Hospital Compound (Kabul) by PPP using Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model and invited interested companies/consortia on 7th March 2020 to submit Applications via Notice for Prequalification. A Pre-Application meeting was held on 16th March 2020

Registered Entities and interested companies/consortia are hereby notified that the deadline for submission of Applications is hereby further delayed due to the extension of the lockdown in Kabul associated with the Covid-19 Pandemic. A new date will be communicated in due course.

It should also be noted that interested companies/consortia can still register their interest by sending the completed Registration Form to ppphealth.moph@gmail.com to become Registered Entities, allowed to submit Applications to participate in the bidding process. The Registration Form and Prequalification Document can be accessed at http://www.mof.gov.af.
