Ministry of Public Health to Procure MRI Machine Worth Over AFN 101.5 Million for the Radiology Institute

The Ministry of Public Health has initiated the procurement process for a 1.5-Tesla MRI machine for the Radiology Institute using the Ministry's budget for the 1405 fiscal year. The procurement aims to strengthen healthcare services and improve diagnostic capabilities.

The procurement process, valued at AFN 101,590,500, is currently at the contract award stage with an Afghan company, and the procurement procedures are expected to be finalized in the coming days.

The installation of this machine will enhance the diagnostic capacity of the Radiology Institute and help ensure the provision of quality diagnostic services to patients.
