Minister of Public Health Meets Nangarhar Governor to Discuss Expansion and Improvement of Healthcare Services

The Minister of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, H.E. Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, met with the Governor of Nangarhar Province, Haje Mullah Mohammad Naeem Akhund, during his visit to the province to discuss the improvement and expansion of healthcare services.

The meeting, attended by the Director of the Nangarhar Provincial Public Health Directorate, Mawlawi Aminullah Sharaf, focused on ongoing and planned healthcare development projects, enhancement of service standards, and the expansion of essential health services across the province.

During the meeting, the Governor highlighted key challenges and priorities within the provincial health system and presented several recommendations, for which the Minister assured full support, coordination, and commitment to addressing the identified issues.
