A healthcare centre Takana in Jalrez District of Maidan Wardak Province, has been built and officially put into service
The healthcare centre was built through the efforts of the Provincial Public Health Directorate, with financial support from SCI, at a cost of nearly 100,000 US dollars, and has been officially put into service.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Governor of Maidan Wardak, a delegation from the Ministry of Borders and Tribal Affairs, officials from various authorities, the Director of Public Health Hafiz Saeed-ur-Rahman Qadri, the technical team of the directorate, representatives of SCI, and local community elders.
The Director of Public Health thanked the local community and SCI for their continued support, and stressed that implementing such healthcare projects plays an important role in expanding health services, improving maternal and child health, and promoting the overall well-being of the community.
