د کابل ښار وزیر محمد اکبر خان روغتون په انګړ کی د تصویری تشخیصیه خدماتو مرکز او معیاری لابراتوار جوړول  د عامه او خصوصی مشارکت (PPP) په ماډل:

د افغانستان اسلامي امارت د عامې روغتیا وزارت غواړي چې په کابل کې د وزیر محمد اکبر خان روغتون په انګړ کې د عامه او خصوصی مشارک (PPP) په اساس د (Build Operate Transfer BOT) موډل (جوړونه، تطبیقول، لیږد) په کارولو سره د تصویری تشخیصیه خدماتو مرکز او معیاری لابراتوار جوړ کړي, په دې توګه لیواله شرکتونو/ کنسرشیوم ته بلنه ورکول کیږی چې د نوموړی مرکز د جوړولو لپاره هغه شرکتونو چی د روغتیا په برخه کی مالی، تخنیکی، بشری توانمندې او کاری تجربه ولری خپل غوښتنلیکونه د عامې روغتیا وزارت د عامه او خصوصی مشارکت ریاست ته وسپاري ، ترڅو د تخنیکی کمیټی لخوا لیواله شرکتونه/ کنسرشیوم اوصولو سره سم شارت لیست شي.

هغه شرکتونه چی نوموړی مرکز کی د پانګونې لیوالتیا لری د اعلان د پای نیټی څخه مخکی خپل لاندی اسناد روغتیا وزارت پالیسی او پلان عمومی ریاست د عامه او خصوصی مشارکت ریاست (PPP) ته په حضوری ډول راوړی.

۱- ضمیمه راجستریشن فارم باید  خانه پوری، امضا او مهر شی.

۲- د شرکت د کار جواز.

۳- د نوموړی پروژی لپاره پروپوزل ترتیب کول.

۴- د روغتیا په برخه کی کاری تجربی اسناد.

Establishing Diagnostic Imaging and Standard Labortorate Centre at Wazir Mohammad Akbar Khan Hospital Kabul Afghanistan

By Public Private Partnership (PPP) Using BOT Model

Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, intends to develop a Diagnostic Imaging and Standard Labortorate Centre at Wazir Mohammad Akbar Khan Hospital Compound (Kabul) by public private partnership PPP using Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model and hereby interested companies/consortium for the establishment of this Diagnostic Imaging and Laboratory center, those companies/consortium with financial, technical, human resource capabilities and work experience in the health sector are invited to submit their applications to the Ministry of public health public private partnership directorate, The technical committee will shortlists the interested companies/consortium according to the PPP Principles.

Those companies/consortium that are interested for the investment in the  Wazir Mohammad Akbar Khan Hospital Diagnostic Imaging and Standard Labortorate project, before the closing date should submit the following documents physically to the Ministry of public health public Private partnership (PPP) directorate.

1- The attached registration form must be fill, sign and stamp by companies/consortium.

2- Company work permit.                                                                    

3- Prepare proposal for the mention project.

4- Health experience documents.
