Ministry of Public Health Reviews Capacity Assessment Exam for Trainee Doctors

A meeting was held by the Ministry of Public Health to conduct the capacity assessment examination for trainee doctors under the 1404 solar year speciality program.

It was attended by officials from the Directorate General of Postgraduate Medical Studies, central hospital directors, and faculty members, who reviewed the transparent and standardized conduct of the exam, faculty involvement and quarantine in the question-setting process, evaluation methods, and measures to enhance trainee doctors’ academic capacity.

Participants also shared views on the organization, monitoring, and fair announcement of exam results to ensure the process is carried out in an orderly and effective manner.

MoPH officials emphasized that conducting such examinations plays an important role in strengthening the country’s health sector and training specialist doctors.
