MoPH Strengthens Emergency Healthcare Response for Flood-Affected Communities in Nuristan
Necessary healthcare facilities have been provided to ensure the delivery of healthcare services to flood-affected communities in Nuristan Province.
The Ministry of Public Health has dispatched ambulances and other essential medical equipment to flood-affected areas of Nuristan Province to provide healthcare services and emergency medical care, ensuring that patients receive timely and necessary care during emergencies.
In coordination with an implementing partner and the Afghan Red Crescent Society, the Ministry of Public Health has also established a health camp to provide healthcare services to the injured and other people in need.
The Kunar Provincial Public Health Directorate has also sent ambulances, healthcare workers, and other essential medical equipment to Nuristan Province to provide medical care to the injured and respond to urgent healthcare needs.
The Ministry of Public Health will continue its efforts to address the healthcare needs of flood-affected communities and provide essential services, ensuring that affected people receive timely healthcare support and that healthcare services are delivered effectively.
