Five Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers Opened in Panjshir Province

The Public Health Directorate of Panjshir Province has launched five mental health rehabilitation centers in Hisa-e-Awal and Paryan districts

The Director of Public Health of Panjshir Province, Dr. Hujatullah Mohammadi, said that these centers were established to improve access to mental health services for the public. He added that two of the centers are in Hisa-e-Awal District and the remaining three in Paryan District.

These services were opened following a $93,130 agreement between the Ministry of Public Health and (HHWO), aimed at providing treatment and counseling services for patients with mental health conditions.a
