Seminar on “Respect for Clients” Held to Promote Professional Ethics Among MoPH Staff

The Deputy Minister's Office for Food and Drugs of the Ministry of Public Health convened a training seminar entitled “Respect for Clients” to enhance professional ethics among staff and promote exemplary conduct toward clients.

The event brought together Mawlawi Hamdullah Zahid, Deputy Minister for Food and Drugs; Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqui, Deputy Minister for Financial and Administrative Affairs;  Alhaj Sheikh Mohammad Tahir Haleem, Chief of Staff; as well as several central directors, department heads, and officials from the Deputy Minister's Office for Food and Drugs.

In his remarks, Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqui underscored that it is a religious and moral obligation to discharge official duties with integrity, treat clients with courtesy, and ensure their needs are addressed promptly.

Likewise, Mawlawi Hamdullah Zahid highlighted the imperative of professionalism and efficient time management, urging participants to fulfill their responsibilities conscientiously so that citizens’ affairs are handled without delay and their concerns effectively resolved.

Alhaj Sheikh Mohammad Tahir Haleem elaborated on the Islamic principles governing respectful interaction with clients, emphasizing the necessity of administrative facilitation and moral accountability in public service.

Concluding the seminar, Dr. Naeemullah Ayoubi; Mawlawi Najmuddin Ulfat, Head of Dawah and Preach; Mawlawi Abdul Rab Hanif, Advisor to the Deputy Minister's Office delivered insightful presentations on ethical client relations.
