د افغانستان د عامې روغتيا وزارت لوړ رتبه پلاوی د عامې روغتيا د وزير ښاغلي ډاکټر قلندر عباد په مشرۍ قطر هيواد ته په شپږ ورځني سفر روان شو ، د ياد سفر موخه له قطر هيواد سره د روغتیايي خدماتو د همغږۍ، افغان ډاکټرانو لپاره د ظرفيت لوړونې په برخه کې زمينه سازي او په افغانستان کې د روغتيا په برخه کې د همکارۍ او سرمايه ګزارۍ په اړه خبرې تر سره کول دي.
په ياد سفر کې به د قطر هيواد له ځينې پرمختللو روغتيايي مراکزو څخه هم ليدنه تر سره شي.
