MoPH Signs US$163,458 MoU with ARDHO to Provide Nutrition Services in Badghis
The Ministry of Public Health has signed a one-year MoU worth USD $163,458 with the Afghanistan Research, Development, and Health Organization (ARDHO) to provide nutrition services in Badghis province.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aims to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare services and help address the health needs of the local communities. Under the MoU, 51,828 residents of Badghis province will benefit from healthcare services delivered through 42 health facilities, while 29 people will be provided with employment opportunities in the health sector.
Representatives of ARDHO also assured that the project would be implemented in full compliance with all established standards throughout the one-year period, with particular emphasis on meeting the healthcare needs of the local communities.
