MoPH Conducts Community Engagement Training to Prevent Acute Watery Diarrhea in Parwan Province
A two-day training program on Community Engagement (CEP) for the prevention of acute watery diarrhea (AWD) was held at the conference hall of the Parwan Provincial Public Health Directorate for community health workers, volunteers, and mosque imams.
The training program, aimed at preventing the spread of infectious and seasonal diseases and improving public health awareness, was organized for 37 participants, including community health workers, volunteers, staff, and partner organizations. During the program, the Director of Public Health, Dr. Niaz Mohammad Mukhlis, said: “Make good and effective use of this training so that you can share your knowledge with the public on personal and community hygiene, disease prevention, and health recommendations.”
