The Capacity Building Directorate of the Ministry of Public Health Conducted a Ten-Day Training Seminar in Badakhshan Province

This program, organized by the Capacity Building Directorate with the participation of administrative and professional master trainers, was delivered to 160 administrative and health staff members of the Badakhshan Provincial Public Health Directorate. It covered the following topics: procurement, planning, human resources, capacity building, health and safety, as well as technical subjects such as IPC, First Aid, BLS, and ICU.

The aim of this program is to strengthen the professional and administrative capacities of health workers in Badakhshan Province, improve the delivery of health services, and enhance the quality of services provided to the public.

Officials from the Ministry of Public Health emphasized that strengthening the capacity of health personnel at the provincial level is one of the ministry’s key priorities. They added that similar training programs will continue to be launched in other provinces to ensure the provision of better and more effective health services to the public.
