Special Committee Formed to Prevent and Control Dengue Fever in Nangarhar

H.E. Minister of Public Health, Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, has appointed a special committee to prevent and control dengue fever in Nangarhar Province.

The committee will assess the disease situation, investigate cases, prevent its spread, implement necessary measures and strengthen inter-institutional coordination.

The Minister urged committee members to intensify their efforts, strengthen disease surveillance and diagnosis, and take practical preventive measures.

He also called for coordinated public awareness campaigns to inform communities about the causes, symptoms and prevention of dengue fever.
