Five Pharmaceutical Establishments Shut Down in Kabul’s Hotel Parwan Area for Regulatory Violations
Officials from the Ministry of Public Health’s Food and Drug Authority inspected eight pharmaceutical establishments in Kabul’s Hotel Parwan area.
The inspection covered two pharmaceutical companies and five wholesale medicine outlets, with relevant checklists completed. Consequently, four wholesalers were shut down for failing to provide medicine purchase invoices and include complete product specifications on sales invoices. One pharmacy was also closed for lacking the required legal documentation.
