The workshop was held at Sheikh Zayed Hospital, financially and technically supported by the World Health Organization (WHO), under the Directorate of Capacity Building and the Directorate General of Human Resources of the Ministry of Public Health, and was attended by twenty nurses from central and provincial hospitals in Kunar, Khost, Daikundi, Nimroz, Zabul, Kandahar, and Helmand.

In this workshop, participants received instruction from seasoned trainers and were encouraged to apply the knowledge and skills learned in their respective workplaces.
