26 Types of Essential Medicines Delivered to Samangan Provincial Hospital Emergency Department

This aid was provided by the Islamic Relief Canada office in Samangan province, valued at over 1.5 million Afghanis, and was handed over to the officials of the Provincial Public Health Directorate.

The medicines were handed over to the provincial hospital department in the presence of Samangan Public Health Director Mawlawi Lutfullah Habibi for use in the emergency department as needed.

The Samangan Public Health Director thanked the charity organization for its support, called the initiative an important step for strengthening health services—especially the emergency department—and stressed the transparent and effective use of the medicines.
