Private and Public Healthcare Facilities Assessed in Balkh Province
Mawlawi Mahmoodullah Zahid, Director of Health Laws Enforcement and Inspection of the Ministry of Public Health, visited Balkh Province with a technical delegation and inspected the provincial regional hospital, several private hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
The delegation assessed the quality of healthcare services, staff attendance, the availability of medicines and medical equipment, hygiene conditions and compliance with healthcare standards.
The relevant officials were also given necessary recommendations to address identified shortcomings and improve the quality of healthcare services.
The visit aimed to assess the performance of healthcare facilities, strengthen the implementation of health laws and standards, and improve the provision of quality healthcare services to the public.
