Third Phase of Specialty Program Monitored at Stomatology National Curative and Specialized Hospital, Irina Salemi Hospital, and Forensic Medicine Directorate

Monitoring by the Operational Department under the Directorate General for Postgraduate Medical Studies , was conducted at the Stomatology National Curative and Specialized Hospital, Irina Salemi Hospital, and Forensic Medicine Directorate to identify challenges faced by trainers, trainee doctors, and gaps in the specialized training program.

The teams initially met with hospital officials to discuss standardizing the Specialty Program and emphasized achieving its objectives and maintaining standards.

The teams discussed the importance of topics such as curriculum implementation, scientific conferences, logbooks, bedside teaching, morning reports, morning visits, and case presentations, as these play a key role in enhancing doctors’ knowledge and professional skills.

This process is applicable in all specialized hospitals, provincial facilities, and affiliated military and private centers.
