During the year 1402 AH, approximately 49,553 complimentary surgical procedures conducts at the Ministry of Public Health's National and Specialized Hospital of Wazir Mohammad Akbar Khan

These surgeries encompassed 10,803 major operations and 38,750 minor procedures, skillfully carried out by proficient Afghan medical professionals at no cost.

Additionally, the hospital rendered outpatient department (OPD) services to 105,570 orthopedic patients and accommodated 14,5739 inpatients (IPD) during the same period.
