Tender Opening Conducted for Construction of a New Basic Health Center in Nuristan

The tender opening process for the construction of a new Basic Health Center (BHC) building in Mandol area of Kooraj district in Nuristan Province was held.

The process was conducted in the presence of representatives from the procurement, finance and accounting, and administrative directorates of the MoPH, as well as representatives of several construction companies.

Officials of the MoPH’s tender opening process said that the procedure is fully transparent and that they expect the winning company to complete the work on time in line with the Ministry’s requirements. They added that, as this is a public welfare project, it will also be closely monitored.

Meanwhile, representatives of the construction companies pledged that if they are awarded the contract, they will carry out the construction work in accordance with the Ministry of Public Health’s standards.
