Six-Day IMNCI Training Held for Ghor Province Health Center Heads

The ceremony was attended by Abdul Wahid Hamas, Director of Public Health in Ghor, Dr. Mohammad Barak, Director of the BARAN Organization’s provincial office, and several other officials and health workers.

Abdul Wahid Hamas thanked the health workers for conducting capacity-building programs and described such training as an important and effective step in improving the quality of health services and enhancing service delivery for the people.

Referring to Ghor Province’s economic situation and specific environmental conditions, he said that many residents cannot go private due to financial constraints; therefore, public demand and expectations from government health facilities are high, making the provision of quality services a key responsibility for health workers.
