Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqi Visits Hospitals and Patients in Kabul on First Day of Eid al-Adha

Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqi, Deputy Minister for Finance and Administration Affairs of the Ministry of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, paid an Eid visit to the Specialized and Tertiary Cancer Treatment Hospital, Ibn-e-Sina Emergency Hospital, and Children’s Treatment Hospital in Kabul on the first day of Eid al-Adha, accompanied by a number of central directors.

During the visit, the Deputy Minister held meetings with healthcare personnel and visited hospitalized patients in the hospitals, where he distributed financial assistance to a number of patients.

The Deputy Minister also inspected various departments of the hospitals, commended the dedication and tireless efforts of healthcare workers, and emphasized the importance of ensuring uninterrupted and quality healthcare services for patients throughout the Eid holidays.

It is noteworthy that, under the special guidance of the leadership of the Ministry of Public Health, all healthcare facilities across Kabul and the provinces have been instructed to remain fully operational during Eid in order to prevent potential public health challenges and ensure the continued delivery of essential medical services to citizens.
