The visit aimed to monitor and evaluate the healthcare services provided at the hospital. During the visit, the Deputy Minister visited various departments, assessed their operations, and provided necessary guidance to healthcare staff to enhance service delivery.

The Deputy Minister also met with Mawlawi Aminullah Sharif, Director of Public Health in Nangarhar, hospital officials, and representatives of UNICEF, urging relevant organizations to strengthen healthcare services and respond effectively to patients’ needs.

He also emphasized closer coordination among the Public Health Directorate, UNICEF, and implementing partners to ensure timely support for hospital needs and the effective, transparent delivery of healthcare services.
