در این نظارت مسوولان ریاست صحتعامه ولایت های لغمان و پکتیکا از تعدادی دواخانه ها در شهر مهترلام مرکز ولایت لغمان نظارت نمودند که در نتیجه آن ۶۷ قلم ادویه در لغمان و یک تن ادویه تاریخ گذشته و مواد خوراکی در ولایت پکتیکا جمع آوری و در حضور هیآت ادارات مربوطه از بین برده شد.
در جریان این نظارت، تعدادی از دواخانه های که جواز قانونی نداشتند نیز مسدود گردیدند.
