Training Programme on the Drug Reporting Form Launched in 12 Provinces
Mufti Abdul Quddus Hashimi, Director General of Monitoring and Inspection of the Ministry of Public Health, emphasised the importance of accurate and transparent health information and the enhancement of healthcare service quality during a three-day training programme on drug reporting form.
He underscored the need for collaboration and coordination among relevant departments, technical teams, and implementing organisations to improve healthcare services and ensure transparency in the reporting of drug-related information.
The form was developed in collaboration with the Health Management Information System (HMIS) Directorate of the Ministry of Public Health, UNICEF, representatives of implementing organisations, and technical partners. It aims to standardise and strengthen the reporting of drug-related information.
To ensure a thorough understanding and proper implementation of the form, a three-day training programme has been launched in 12 provinces across the country for HMIS and pharmacy officials from provincial public health directorates and implementing organisations. The training is being delivered in two separate sessions. The form is expected to be rolled out in other provinces in the future.
