AFN 7 Million Health Facility Established and Put into Operation in Kunar Province

A health facility has been constructed and is now operational in the Adam Dara area of Sarkano District, Kunar Province, with financial support from the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

Qari Muzaffar Khan Mukhlis, Director of Public Health of Kunar Province, said that the establishment of the facility will improve local residents’ access to healthcare services. He added that efforts are ongoing to expand healthcare services to underserved areas.

Meanwhile, Mawlawi Abdullah Haqqani, Deputy Governor of Kunar Province, welcomed the establishment of the facility and emphasized the importance of its proper maintenance and upkeep.
