هر گاه تحلیل و ارزیابی کمیت و کیفیت مواد غذایی، ادویه و محصولات صحی در افغانستان امکان پذیر نباشد، مؤسسات داخلی و بینالمللی مکلف اند که تصدیقنامۀ تحلیل و ارزیابی شماره و بار یا محمولۀ هر بسته را از طرف کارخانۀ تولید کننده با وزارت صحتعامه شریک نمایند.
