MoPH Conducts Food Safety and Hygiene Inspections in Guldara District of Kabul

Officials from the Environmental Health Directorate of the Ministry of Public Health conducted inspections at several restaurants, bakeries, butcher shops, and roadside food outlets in Guldara District of Kabul Province.

During the inspections, owners and staff of restaurants, bakeries, and butcher shops, as well as roadside food vendors, were provided with essential guidance and recommendations on maintaining cleanliness, proper hygiene, and food safety. They were also given important health education and awareness messages.

In addition, hygiene checklists were completed, and written commitments were obtained from the owners of restaurants, bakeries, and butcher shops to comply with health regulations and implement the necessary corrective measures, with the aim of protecting public health and promoting a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
