During this visit, His Excellency Dr. Qalandar Ebad emphasized the importance of addressing the healthcare needs of the vulnerable populations, particularly those affected by the recent floods and accidents.

Officials from Baghlan Province Public Health Department and Burka Health Center pledged their commitment to resolving the health issues stemming from the recent floods and accidents, assuring His Excellency Dr. Qalandar Ebad that they will not hesitate to seek assistance if needed.
