Discussions prioritized accelerating procurement processes in line with the new contract law to ensure efficiency. Key issues included securing timely availability of essential medicines and medical equipment for hospitals and health centers, advancing domestic pharmaceutical production, enhancing inter-department coordination, and focusing on improvements in the cardiac department at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health.

His Excellency Jalali underscored these priorities and established a technical committee tasked with implementing effective, practical solutions.

Deputy ministers and directors contributed recommendations to improve management practices and committed to taking decisive action on the identified challenges.
