A Formal Ceremony convenes for the introduction of the new Minister of Public Health

In a formal ceremony convened for the introduction of the new Minister of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, esteemed members of the cabinet, Administrative Assistant to the High Chief of staff directorate of Ministers, Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, the general director of the Department of Affairs, Sheikh Al-Hadith Mawlawi  Anwarul Haq Anwar, former Minister of Public Health, His Excellency Dr. Qalandar Ebad, Deputy Ministers of the Ministry of Public Health, and representatives from other ministries and agencies were in attendance.

Sheikh Al-Hadith Mawlawi Anwarul Haq Anwar, in his capacity as the general director of the affairs department, underscored the fundamental principle of institutional transition and adherence to established protocols. In accordance with the directive of the Ameerul Momineen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali was formally introduced as the new Minister of Public Health to streamline administrative affairs.

During the proceedings, Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, the administrative assistant to the high chief of staff of the directorate of ministers, hailed the newly appointed minister as a mujahid, embodying traits of truthfulness and patriotism, and extended sincere wishes for success in his endeavors.

Conversely, the outgoing Minister of Public Health, His Excellency Dr. Qalandar Ebad, reflected on the significant advancements achieved in healthcare over the past two years, emphasizing the widespread delivery of health services across the nation. He conveyed blessings for the success of the newly introduced minister and implored ministry staff to maintain their steadfast cooperation to address the needs of underprivileged citizens expeditiously.

In assuming his new role, Minister Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali delineated the Ministry of Health's critical role in delivering standard and indispensable healthcare services to the populace. He called upon all ministry officials and staff to discharge their duties with unwavering honesty, integrity, and national commitment.

Furthermore, His Excellency Jalali appealed to all international institutions, organizations, donors, and collaborative partners in the healthcare sector to sustain their unwavering cooperation with the Ministry of Public Health, ensuring the continuity of vital healthcare initiatives.
