Supervisors from the Environmental Health Directorate of the Ministry of Public Health conducted inspections at several restaurants in Kabul’s 10th district.

The inspections aimed to ensure food safety, compliance with hygiene standards, and environmental cleanliness. A three-day training session was provided to restaurant managers and staff, covering health protocols and hygiene practices.

Furthermore, restaurant personnel were instructed to obtain health certificates and adhere strictly to sanitation requirements. Non-compliance will result in legal consequences.
