21st  Leadership Board Meeting of the Ministry of Public Health Held

The 21st leadership board meeting of the Ministry of Public Health of the IEA was held under the chairmanship of the Minister of Public Health, Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, with the participation of deputy ministers and central directors of the ministry. During the session, discussions focused on identifying alternative solutions following the cessation of assistance from partner organizations; revising hospital logos, designing and using the Ministry of Public Health logo; preparing and developing a standardized file for hospital and health center services across all provinces; ensuring proper conduct toward patients and clients and adherence to medical ethics; and addressing the challenges related to shortages of medicines and other consumable supplies in public hospitals.

Addressing the meeting, the Minister of Public Health stressed the need for effective implementation, calling for transparency, accuracy, and timely execution of all decisions.

His Excellency Jalali appointed a special committee under the leadership of the Deputy Minister for Health Promotion and Policy to identify and assess alternative solutions following the cessation of assistance from partner organizations, in order to ensure comprehensive and necessary attention to this area.

The meeting concluded with deputy ministers and central directors sharing recommendations and reaffirming their commitment to implement the resolutions aimed at improving overall performance.
