200 operations were performed in Kunar Provincial Hospital in the last one year
In collaboration with the Kunar Provincial Health Directorate, Asadabad Provincial Hospital has, over the course of the past year, not only successfully performed an impressive 200 cataract surgeries, which have significantly improved the vision of countless patients, but also undertaken the comprehensive screening of 6,188 individuals, ensuring early detection of eye conditions, while simultaneously providing specialized healthcare services to 74 patients who were afflicted with visual impairments, thereby enhancing their quality of life
