A five-day training workshop on research methodology launched to promote effective learning and practical application

Organized by the Research and Clinical Studies Directorate under the General Directorate of National Public Health Institute of the Ministry of Public Health, the workshop includes 24 central staff members—among them trainer specialists from central hospitals—and four trainer specialists from Nangarhar, Kunduz, Balkh, and Herat provinces. It aims to strengthen scientific capacity, teach core research principles, and promote standardization and effectiveness in public health research.

Participants will receive training in research planning, data collection and analysis, academic writing, and ethical practices. The goal is to equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to conduct high-quality, impactful, and standardized research.
