Training Session Held for Public Relations Directorate Employees on Annual Performance Evaluation and Work Plan Preparation

A training session was conducted for the employees of the Public Relations, Information, and Spokesperson Directorate at the Ministry of Public Health. The goal was to evaluate their annual performance and prepare a work plan.

Dr. Sharafat Zaman Amarkhil, Director of Public Relations, Information, and Spokesperson Affairs; Rahmatullah Momin, Head of Public Relations; and the department's employees participated. The training included a presentation from the Performance Evaluation Division of the Employee Affairs Directorate. The presentation covered the preparation of the annual work plan and the evaluation of employees' performance. The aim was to ensure each employee understands the evaluation process so they can align their work with the expectations set for the end-of-year assessment.
