قرار است این انتظار گاه در مرکز صحی سپاهی خیل و مهلن ولایت پکتیا برای زنان و مردان به طور جداگانه ایجاد شود.
رئیس صحتعامه ولایت پکتیا ایجاد این انتظارگاه ها را به خاطر محرمیت، جلوگیری از سوزاندن آفتاب و سردی هوا برای بیماران موثر میداند
