These individuals, who were undergoing treatment and rehabilitation at the 80-bed Public Health Hospital in Farah Province, graduated after successfully completing the training program implemented by the Youth Health and Development Organization (YHDO).

Mawlawi Sheikh Mir Saddam, the Provincial Director of Public Health, congratulated the graduates and commended YHDO for its valuable contribution, stating:

“You are not only healthy now but also skilled professionals. If in the past people called you addicts, today society should recognize you as masters and technical experts.”

He also encouraged community members to show respect to these individuals and to recognize them as productive, skilled, and empowered members of society.

At present, another 40 beneficiaries are participating in the second phase of vocational training at the center, where similar capacity-building programs are being delivered to enhance their employability and support their social reintegration.
