Deputy Minister of Health Services Assesses Proposed Sites for New General Hospital in Speri District, Khost

Deputy Minister of Health Services for the Ministry of Public Health, Mawlawi Abdul Wali Haqqani, along with his delegation, visited the designated sites for the construction of the General Hospital (GH) in Speri District during their recent trip to Khost Province.

The visit was attended by senior officials from the Ministry of Public Health, Khost Public Health Director Dr. Ahmad Mujahid, the district governor of Speri, and prominent tribal elders.

Mr. Haqqani, Deputy Minister for Health Services, stated: “The residents of Speri District have proposed two potential sites for the new General Hospital under construction by the Ministry of Public Health. Following a thorough evaluation by the technical team, one site will be selected, and the hospital construction will commence accordingly.”
