A $25,000 Fistula Surgery Unit has been opened at Nangarhar Regional Specialization Hospital
The unit, funded by Cure Hospital and Be Team International Organization, is located in the hospital’s obstetrics and gynecology department. It aims to improve care for fistula patients in the region.
Public Health Director, Haji Aminullah Sharif, thanked both organizations for their partnership, calling it a major benefit for the Eastern Zone’s population. He also expressed confidence that the organization will continue to enhance the surgical facilities.
