در این نظارت، مولوی محمد حسن عاصم ریس صحتعامه ولایت بغلان و تیم همراهش، از ۲۲ باب دواخانه ۶باب معاینه خانه خصوصی ۶ باب کلینیک دندان ۴ باب لابراتوار و ۱ باب اکسری نظارت نمودند که درنتیجه ۱۳ باب دواخانه های که فاقد جواز رسمی بودند رسما مهر لاک گردید و همچنان ۱ باب لابراتوار به خاطر نداشتن جواز فعالیت و عدم رعایت قوانین صحی الی تکمیل معیارات درنظر گرفته شده نیز مهرلاک گردید.
