National Blood Bank Conducts Voluntary Blood Donation Campaign at Ministry of Industry and Commerce

The National Blood Bank of the Ministry of Public Health conducted a voluntary blood donation campaign at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

During the campaign, the National Blood Bank team collected 23,500 cc of blood from employees of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and transferred it to the Central Blood Bank.

A total of 47 employees of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce donated blood. Following the necessary screening and testing, the donated blood will be made available to patients in need.

Dr. Niazgul Niazmand, Head of the National Blood Bank, thanked the employees of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce for participating in the campaign and voluntarily donating blood. He called on the public to donate blood and play their part in saving the lives of patients in need. He emphasized that blood donation is a valuable humanitarian act and that public support can help meet the blood needs of patients who require transfusions
