MoPH Launches Assessment and Analysis Process for Development Projects
The Ministry of Public Health has officially launched the process of assessing and analyzing the status of its development projects, initiated by the Directorate General of Planning and Policy.
A meeting held was chaired by the Director General of Planning and Policy, Dr. Syed Rasool Mangal, with the participation of the Ministry’s Technical Advisor, Abdul Wakil Hanafi.
The objective of the meeting was to review the Ministry’s development projects, evaluate their level of progress, analyze existing challenges, identify appropriate solutions, and develop a clear plan for the next fiscal year based on needs and budgetary priorities.
During the meeting, the physical and technical progress of ongoing and planned projects was assessed. Administrative, technical, procurement, and field-related obstacles to implementation were identified and analyzed. The status of procurement plans, project requirements, and the provision of equipment and materials was also reviewed.
In addition, the current state of health services and the effectiveness of the projects were evaluated. Real needs were identified, attention was given to the efficient management of resources, and comprehensive discussions were held on budgeting and planning mechanisms for the upcoming fiscal year.
