This appointment was formally declared during a prestigious ceremony attended by Dr. Mohammad Hassan Ghiyasi, Deputy Minister for Health Promotion and Policy at the Ministry of Public Health, accompanied by his esteemed delegation. In attendance were Rahmatullah Ghorzang, the Director of the Provincial Governor’s Office, alongside senior officials from various governmental and institutional bodies.

During the proceedings, the deputy minister highlighted the critical necessity of organizational reform and the scrupulous adherence to regulatory frameworks, in full accordance with the foundational principles of the Islamic governance system. Consistent with the directive issued by the High Office of the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlawi Sheikh Mir Saddam was ceremoniously appointed as the Director of Public Health for Farah Province.
