This oversight is carried out by an authorized committee headed by Dr. Faqir Mohammad Ziyar, Chief of the Medical Council of the Ministry of Public Health, to examine the presence, activities, educational documents, licenses, and residence permits of foreign and domestic doctors, nurses, and other health workers in private health centers across the country and to take legal action in case of any violations.

This series of inspections, which began some time ago, included visits to Sinan, Omid, Sarwari, and Al-Sayed hospitals, as well as the Omar Hadi Clinic, and resulted in necessary recommendations being made to the relevant officials, to ensure the provision of quality, specialized, and standard services.

This monitoring process will be carried out in other provinces after Kabul to enforce health laws, and violators will be dealt with legally by the responsible authorities.
