Five-Million-Afghani Emergency Department Inaugurated at Panjshir Central Hospital

A five-million-Afghani emergency department has been inaugurated at Panjshir Province’s Central Hospital, and digital X-ray services featuring modern equipment were put into operation.

Panjshir Governor Hafiz Mohammad Agha Hakim stated, “This is the first time Panjshir Province has been equipped with a standard health center. Previously, most patients had to travel to Kabul or neighboring provinces, but with the establishment of this center, the necessity of referring patients to other provinces will be significantly minimized.”

Additionally, officials from the Panjshir Public Health Directorate stated that the center’s equipment meets international standards and guaranteeing that patients will have access to medical services free of any financial burden.
