The Deputy Minister for Health Services, Mawlawi Abdul Wali Haqqani, together with his accompanying delegation, visited the Indira Gandhi Children’s Hospital to inspect the ongoing provision of health services.

During the visit, the Deputy Minister issued necessary directives to the healthcare staff, urging them to make further efforts to address patients’ concerns and enhance the quality of health services.

He emphasized that every healthcare worker is obliged to fulfil their moral and professional responsibilities with utmost integrity, calling on them to perform their duties with complete honesty and dedication.

Furthermore, the Deputy Minister for the Provision of Health Services met with patients and relevant visitors, gathering information regarding their complaints and level of satisfaction, in order to ensure that services are delivered in the most effective and patient-centred manner.
