د عامې روغتیا وزرات اړوند، د غضنفر روغتیايي علومو انسټېټیوټ رئیس، ښاغلي ډاکتر محمد قاسم عادل او ورسره مل پلاوي ننګرهار ولایت ته د سفر په ترڅ کې د دې ولایت د انتاني روغتون له خدمتونو څخه ارزونه ترسره کړه

د غضنفر روغتیايي علومو انسټېټیوټ رئیس، ښاغلي ډاکټر محمد قاسم عادل او ورسره مل پلاوي د یاد روغتون د بېلا بېلا څانګو د لیدنې تر څنګ د بستر ناروغانو سره له نېږدې لیدنه ترسره د هغوی ستونزې واورېدې او حل ډاد یې ورکړ.
