MoPH EPR Team Participates in Provincial Development Committee Meeting in Nuristan

The Ministry of Public Health’s Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) team participated in a meeting of the Provincial Development Committee (PDC) in Nuristan Province.

The meeting was chaired by Nuristan’s Deputy Governor, Mawlawi Faisal Mukhtar, and attended by officials from various provincial directorates and representatives of partner organizations.

During the meeting, appreciation was expressed to all partner organizations for their timely response to the recent flooding. It was also emphasized that affected families should be properly identified and receive assistance in a transparent and equitable manner.

Officials from the Ministry of Public Health’s Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) team provided an update on the activities carried out in Nuristan Province and assured participants of continued support for the delivery of healthcare services.
